Arka Graftings provides grafted plant seedlings and related agricultural services. All products are subject to availability and seasonal variations.

• Minimum order quantities apply as specified for each product
• Delivery times may vary based on location and season

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or by contacting our sales team. Payment terms:

• Advance payment required for order confirmation
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, UPI, Cash
• GST and other applicable taxes will be added to the invoice

4. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver across India with the following conditions:

• Delivery charges apply based on location and order quantity
• Plants are delivered in specialized vehicles to ensure quality
• Customer must be available to receive the delivery
• Risk of loss passes to customer upon delivery

5. Plant Care and Warranty

While we ensure the highest quality of grafted plants:

• 95% survival rate when planted and maintained as per our guidelines
• Free replacement for DOA (Dead on Arrival) plants with photo proof
• No warranty after planting - success depends on proper care
• Free consultation support via WhatsApp

6. Training Programs

Training program terms:

• Registration required in advance
• Certificates provided upon completion
• Training materials included in the fee
• No refund for no-shows

7. Limitation of Liability

Arka Graftings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Arka Graftings and protected by copyright laws.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
